Review 1:

If I could give zero stars I would. Make sure you do your research on anything about your plumbing because they will take advantage of you. I had my septic tank pumped and cleaned by them and they never put the lids back on properly. They broke the seal on my concrete lids and not only did they not put the lid back on properly or seal it, they never told me I had to make sure that got Done. After speaking with them, they don’t feel like it’s their responsibility to put the lid on for me even though it’s hundreds of pounds of concrete And it’s part of the service I paid for. Avoid them at all costs before it costs you thousands of dollars to fix their mistakes.

Danny is an exceptional individual. He’s honest and very upfront! He has to replace my toilet but gave me a price from start to finish that was well within the high range out there for replacing toilets! I will review again after the new toilet is installed.

Ozeik, came out today with Josh to repair and reroute the pipeline in my home. They provided excellent service and were very respectful. They completed the process sooner than I expected and I am very grateful that my overall experience was exceptional.
