Review 1:

The company is great. All the staff, from sales, to management and installers, were excellent. They began our job the day we called & completed it on the very same day. We were shocked at the speed and the quality of work. Management was on site to inspect the quality and satisfaction with our work. We could not be happier with our new gutters! (I don’t even live in the US, they stole my identity to write this review, how awful and poor company 👎🏻 )

Review 2:

Summit Peak Roofing exceeded every professional benchmark I rely on when advising clients about exterior renovations. From the initial inspection, their lead estimator, Carla, demonstrated a mastery of ventilation codes and modern underlayment systems that immediately distinguished the firm from the typical bid-and-run outfit. She produced thermal camera images to justify decking repairs I would have otherwise missed, and her transparency built instant trust. The crew arrived exactly when promised, outfitted with ridge vents, Class 4 impact shingles, and a self-adhering ice shield that meets the new ASTM standard. Watching them, I could tell safety protocols were ingrained habits, not box-checking formalities harnesses were double-clipped, and a spotter stayed on the ground the entire time. By dusk on the first day, the tear-off had been completed and every nail had been magnet-swept from the lawn, allowing my children to play outside without worry. Rain threatened on day two, yet production never felt rushed. Each valley was woven, not merely cut, and the flashing around my chimney was re-fabricated on site from 26-gauge steel—an upgrade they provided without additional charge. When the skies finally opened, the underlayment had already been sealed water beaded and rolled away, confirming their diligence. Cleanup was as meticulous as the installation. Flowerbeds were reshaped, furniture was placed back to its original alignment, and the driveway looked cleaner than before the project began. Carla finished with a comprehensive photo report and a transferable lifetime warranty, which adds undeniable resale value to the property. I review construction trades for a living, so it takes more than courteous labor and shiny shingles to impress me. Summit Peak Roofing delivered technical excellence, unparalleled communication, and genuine respect for my home. If you demand craftsmanship that aligns with current best practices rather than outdated shortcuts, this is the team you want on your roof.

Review 4:

NM roof experts has the best service. Carlos was one of the honestest and most professional people that I have ever worked for in relation to my home. He was completely honest with me and did everything he told me. The work done was fast and excellent. Also, his communication throughout the process is outstanding. I was very fortunate to have found this company after trying to deal with other "experts". Was a great experience.
