Just went to the building department for an issue we are having with a contractor and an expired permit for work done 4 years ago. Met with Ashley and Janice, and they were both amazing and so helpful. Their customer service was stellar, and they went above and beyond to guide and assist us with getting our issue resolved. They are both assets to the City of Coral Springs!

I want to extend my deepest gratitude to the Coral Springs Building Department for their outstanding service and unwavering professionalism. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to help us secure permits for the new construction of a pool house/cabana. The supervisor Mrs. Janice Darrow and her incredible team of ladies handled every step of the process with patience, kindness, and a level of grace that is truly rare to find—especially considering the very hostile and rude environment of other building departments across South Florida—trust me! They not only guided us through the complexities of permitting but did so with style, care, and a genuine desire to help. Their willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference—not just for me, but for my client, who is absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Thanks to the Building Department's efforts and the support from reviewers across the various disciplines, we were able to move forward smoothly and successfully. This experience solidified a strong working relationship with my client and reaffirmed my respect for the City of Coral Springs. Thank you for being true first-class professionals. I'm genuinely grateful! Truthfully and sincerely, New Century Development 2.0+ Co.

Review 4:

I've never seen a building department take advantage of people in this way. They make the smallest job the most difficult and time consuming event by adding time and costs. Don't buy, live or do business here.
