Review 1:

I would strongly advise against using this company. They completed a roofing project for us in Miami but failed to schedule any of the required inspections and ultimately left the permit open. Despite never completing the inspection process, they repeatedly harassed us for final payment. When we tried to get the permit closed, we were told the company was "going bankrupt" and could no longer handle the remaining work. As a result, we were forced to hire another contractor and spend additional money just to begin correcting the situation and figure out how to address roofing work that had never been properly inspected. To make matters worse, they provided no assistance with the after-the-fact documentation, sketches, or paperwork required to close the permit. Our calls and text messages were routinely ignored, and when we were able to reach someone, they were often rude and unprofessional. What should have been a straightforward roofing project turned into a costly and stressful ordeal. We were left with an open permit, additional expenses, and no support from the company that created the problem in the first place. Highly do not recommend, stay away from this "contractor"!

Review 2:

It was a very long and difficult process. Poor time management and scheduling in their part made my home renovation and roof replacement take a year. Corners were cut in many places. I had to point a lot of things out, some of which weren't redone well. I do not recommend.

Do yourself a favor and run from them. Specially the swap shop sales guy Gio
