This is a real review (see how some 5 star reviews have quotes around them because they're scripted), not a paid review. Note: Since my review is now reinstated, I would like to provide an update. My mother (58 y/o) had a similar situation that another client reported on Yelp regarding materials being left out on my the household/roof, which caused her extreme discomfort with her living situation. I wrote to All America Construction on 06/29/2026 requesting all documentation between my disadvantaged mother and the company. I did not get a response. I wrote a review explaining that the documentation was not being provided to me, and followed up with my request on 08/09/2026. All America Construction finally responded to me with my requested documents on 08/10/2026, but they also said that if I don't remove my reviews written only one day ago, they will escalate me to legal services. I'm not even allowed to update my review. I have to completely remove it apparently, or else they will bring out their lawyers? Instead of acknowledging my concerns or responding to my many emails to them, they threatened legal action against me and responded to my review by writing that my mother "ghosted" them for "several months" and only responded after "months" of "persistent outreach." Then why is there an email from her to them beginning for help? Lastly, in their response to my review, they stated they personally sent me copies of the signed contract when I had initially asked, but they did not do that. Instead, they provided me the documents in the same email that threatened legal action against me unless I completely removed my reviews. Unanswered emails: One email on 04/25/2026 asking for signature verification. One email on 04/26/2026 seeking an explanation for my mother stating and showing documentation on reported materials left uncovered from Jan to Nov 2025. One email from me asking for an explanation of contract confirmation and lien, requesting itemized invoices with completion dates. One follow up email on 06/07/2026. One email on 06/29/2026 requesting all documentation. I could not find any evidence that my mother "ghosted" (their terms) them. Instead, I had the above emails gone unanswered and images that she had sent of materials left on her roof and around her property for months. Now, I can understand leaving materials on the roof and around the property for a few days, maybe even a few weeks, but from Jan 2025 to Dec 2025? Coming back home from college was a nightmare for me. I think that throughout this entire mess (including if they decide to go after me for this review), I can leave whoever is reading this with one lesson: be careful what you sign. My mother thought that she was applying for financing approval. Little did she know, she'd be put back over $15,000 (no financing) with a lien on her house and a scrambled head over trusting someone that she shouldn't have. It seems that I am not going to ever get an explanation for the hazards that were left on her roof and will instead get threatened with legal escalation unless I remove my reviews. As for my original review, since there is a character limit, I will summarize it here: Very poor experience with All American Construction Services. The company allegedly had my elderly mother sign documents without adequately explaining them or giving her time to review them, left roofing materials around her property for months while blaming the weather, and placed a lien on her home during the process. Despite numerous requests for documentation, contracts, and an explanation of what happened, our emails were repeatedly ignored. Meanwhile, she received generic project-update emails that did not reflect meaningful action. She paid over $15,000 for a small roof project, and we feel she was taken advantage of and left in an unsafe situation. I strongly recommend exercising caution and thoroughly reviewing all documents before working with this company.
